In-Person College Fairs Exhibitor Registration

Registration Process

NACAC invites any Title IV eligible and accredited college, university, other postsecondary institution, or program offering undergraduate curricular study leading to a degree or diploma to participate in the National College Fair program. International Universities that offer academic degrees or diplomas that are sanctioned by the countries Ministry of Higher Education or  by US accrediting associations are also eligible to participate.

Exhibitor Fees

The early bird rate (Register by August 11) is $620 per fair for institutions that are members of NACAC and $840 for nonmembers. The regular rates (Register after August 11) are $675 for members and $895 for nonmembers.

Note: Coupons were issued to registered exhibitors when NACAC’s 2020 in-person college fairs were canceled. Coupons may be used to register for virtual college fairs. Can’t find your coupon code? Please contact customerservice@nacacnet.org.

In-Person Lead Retrieval

All National College Fair exhibitors use the GTCF MobileScan App to capture student leads - Scanners are no longer available at NACAC college fairs. ALL onsite representatives must bring a compatible mobile device with the GTCF App to scan student barcodes.

Alumni Guidelines

As an alumnus/alumna representing a college or university, it is important to remember that the students and parents visiting the National College Fair will be expecting to receive information about the institution that is current, accurate and factual.
