Loading/Unloading:
Take 16th Street, which is behind the Minneapolis Convention Center and stop at the security booth for a 30-minute temporary pass. Be sure to inform the guard you are exhibiting at the Minnesota National College Fair and the guard will direct you to the loading dock for Halls D & E.

Shipping Deadline:
Shipments arriving before Wednesday, August 31, 2022 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Thursday, September 29, 2022 will incur a late to warehouse fee.
Material Handling Charge:
All material handling fees are calculated per hundredweight, per shipment, per day, and the rate charged will depend on the type of shipment and when received. Please see Exhbitior Service Kit for specific pricing details.

Relevant Logistical Information:
1. Arrival - Please drop off students at the front of the building on 2nd Avenue
2. After, please turn right, follow signage, and proceed to the back of the hall
3. A Minneapolis Convention Center staff member will be at the security door and instruct the bus driver(s) where to park (potential parking options: Exhibit Hall A, Marshal Yard, Cove)

4. Please have the main point of contact come to the student information desk for the announcement of the school's departure; the main point of contact is charged with being in communication with the bus driver to indicate departure
5. The bus will pick-up students at the front of the building on 2nd Avenue (same as drop-off location)
