Busing Information

Busing Information

The National College Fair Committee encourages schools to bus their students to the fair as an opportunity to explore post-secondary options. To ease congestion and facilitate bus parking we ask that all schools planning to bus their students to provide their date and time of arrival and departure.

Registering your buses does not guarantee a drop-off/pick-up time, drop-off location, or a dedicated parking location at the Minnesota National College Fair.

Transportation Grant

The Minnesota National College Fair Committee is excited to continue the Transportation Grant Program for the 2019 Minnesota National College Fair. For the first priority deadline, we will consider all applicants for the grant. We will consider a number of factors including: schools with high populations of first-generation and/or economically disadvantaged students, schools traveling from greater distances to the Convention Center, as well as a number of buses utilized to transport students to and from the fair. Anticipating a higher volume of applicants in 2019, schools or districts applying after the May 10, 2019 deadline will be considered on a funds-available basis. All recipient amounts for priority applicants will be determined and communicated by May 25, 2019.

Thank you!
