Estimated Attendance: 5,000

Exhibitor Hospitality:
Each exhibitor booth will receive an exhibitor bag with bottled water and a $10 food voucher.
Concession stands will be open from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with a variety of food options.
Coffee, tea, and water will be available in the exhibitor hospitality tent.


Loading/Unloading:
The loading dock is available during set-up hours for exhibitors not hand carrying materials.

Direct Shipping Deadline:
Shipments direct to show site cannot arrive prior to 8 a.m. on March 18, 2017. Any shipment arriving before this date will be refused. Direct Shipments must arrive on March 18-19 ONLY.

Electrical Service:
The Georgia International Convention Center is the exclusive provider for electrical services. Orders may be placed online or by completing the Electrical Service Order Form.

The Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway is connected by the ATL SkyTrain transit rail to Hartsfield Jackson Airport and is adjacent to the Georgia International Convention Center. To get to the hotel via the ATL SkyTrain, follow the overhead signs toward the Rental Car Center. Proceed out of the west end of the terminal under the covered walkway. Take the escalator up to the station and board the ATL SkyTrain for the free, short ride to the GICC station.
