About This Fair

Save the date! More than 450 colleges and universities will be online on August 19 to talk with counselors at the NACAC Virtual College Fair: Counselors Preview.

On this date, simply log into using your phone or computer. It's totally easy to get around. Create your itinerary by selecting which colleges you're interested in. Then attend the colleges' live and interactive Zoom sessions to hear firsthand from admission representatives and receive answers to your questions.

The August 19 fair also offers live Zoom sessions on important and timely counseling topics from organizations such as NACAC and the Common App.

Getting Ready for Students

NACAC is offering three virtual college fairs for students this fall. Would you help us get the word out?

A promotional kit for counselors  with downloadable graphics and sample text  is available.

The NACAC Virtual College Fairs offer students an unprecedented opportunity to explore their options and get started on their college dreams. More than 600 colleges and universities will be online to talk with high school juniors and seniors on each of these fair dates: Sept. 13, Oct. 12, and Nov. 8. Students may attend as often as they like. Parents invited, too!

Although registration doesn't open until mid-August, students and parents can sign up at to receive an email reminder as soon as it does.

Your Feedback is Valued

We're excited about how seamlessly this new virtual fair environment brings together individuals and colleges.

Counselors like you will be the first participants on the new platform. Please let us know about your experience. Your feedback will help us continue to refine NACAC Virtual College Fairs before opening to students in the fall.

Some features are designed to provide extra support for students who are unsure how, when, or why to start their college search. Students may, for example, choose to schedule one-on-one virtual meetings with college representatives. Students can also easily connect with a "counseling corps" of NACAC members for personalized advice via chat.

NACAC Virtual College Fairs are offered by the National Association for College Admission Counseling, a nonprofit organization representing more than 14,000 counseling and admission professionals worldwide since 1937. NACAC and its members are dedicated to ethical and inclusive service to students as they make choices about their higher education future.
